Went with 20 of us and we had an absolutely incredible week. We couldn’t fault it. The food was great, the team were so welcoming and accommodating and the setting was beautiful. Loved it so much we’re coming back next year. Thank you once again for making our holiday one of the best we’ve ever experienced!

Daily shuttles to the gondola were much appreciated, and the food was fabulous given that we had a few different dietary requirements in our group. Staff were super friendly and were more than happy to recommend us ski schools, restaurants, and help source

Staff were super friendly and were more than happy to recommend us ski schools, restaurants, and help source a birthday cake! No request was too much. We had an amazing trip to River Pine chlaet. The location is good, close to the sllopes and to the old old town, the accommodation is a great size, with lots of space and extra facitlities of the hot tub were perfect after a day on the slopes . The location is good, close to the sllopes and to the old old town, the accommodation is a great size, with lots of space and extra facitlities of the hot tub were perfect after a day on the slopes . But the best part - the hosts, nothing was ever too much trouble so chilled out and accommodating from arranging transport to the mountain to the food requirements! The food was insane, you could tell it was made with love. Altogether a brillaintly priced package, perfect for groups, our group of 11 would highly recommend!

We had an excellent week skiing and staying in chalet Ginchini (catered). Martin and Milen answered many initial email enquiries pior to the trip promptly. Everyone on the chalet team were super friendly and attended to every tiny detail. The food was delicious and kept us speedy down the slopes.
We had a really great experience and hope to come again soon.

Absolutely incredible team! I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable trip thanks to this incredible team. From the food to the impeccable service, every aspect of our stay was nothing short of amazing. Not only did they exceed our expectations with their hospitality, but they went above and beyond by providing regular lifts to the gondola, making our stay even more convenient. All this was offered at an unbelievably reasonable price. I highly recommend this to anyone seeking a memorable hassle-free getaway.

Thanks Martin We had a lovely stay, despite missing the first couple of days. Snow conditions were great and of course the chalet was lovely. A huge thanks to all, but especially the lovely drivers (very patient!) and the chef! We are very interested in booking for next year. Is Snow Pine available from Saturday 1st April for one week? Honestly the best customer service from Martin and his team I've enjoyed on any holiday. The food was superb, very generous with the local beer and wine - both good - and they gave us some great tips too (local bars, local smokehouse restaurant, nearby hot springs etc). We had a fabulous stay in Ginchini during the last week of the 2022 season. Martin was extremely helpful from our first contact in January 2021 and was super flexible when we had to cancel our Christmas 2021 trip and re-arrange to April 2022. The best part was not having to think about anything except flights - transfers, accommodation,
We had a fabulous stay in Ginchini during the last week of the 2022 season. Martin was extremely helpful from our first contact in January 2021 and was super flexible when we had to cancel our Christmas 2021 trip and re-arrange to April 2022. The best part was not having to think about anything except flights - transfers, accommodation, food, ski hire, gondola shuttles, additional trips, restaurant recommendations for the chef's night off - it was truly relaxing. Ginchini was perfect for our group of 16 with plenty of space and comfy bedrooms. The food was excellent and there was always plenty to eat. We hadn't expected a full week's skiing in April but conditions were perfect and we were on the mountain every day. Vlad as our day to day host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. All in all we had a perfect holiday and the group were extremely impressed with everything about the trip. I wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you to Martin, Vlad, Graeme and the team again.

Due to the great stay we just had I wanted to write a little review for future clients. I was in the villa with 17 friends of mine. The drive up to the Chalet was easy enough and the meet & great was very efficient with mulled wine , which made it even better. From there on we got kitted with skis from the ski shop which was next door.
Due to the great stay we just had I wanted to write a little review for future clients. I was in the villa with 17 friends of mine. The drive up to the Chalet was easy enough and the meet & great was very efficient with mulled wine , which made it even better. From there on we got kitted with skis from the ski shop which was next door. Very good mix of skis for both experienced and unexperinced skiers. After that we enjoyed a shuttle to Gondola after breakfast and then in the evening which was great.
The breakfast was very nice. The dinners actually exceeded our expectations and for Bulgaria, very very tasty!
The villa itself has 9 bedrooms, which was great for our group and you could lock every single room.
The lounge area we had was perfect to enjoy for playing games but also for parties. Can only highly recommend it!

Very responsive and have a vast knowledge of the local area which allowed us to make very detailed plans for a development event we are running. Really pleased to say we will be heading to Ginchini Chalet again and again as the knowledge of having someone who truly looks after your needs and goes above and beyond to ensure you will have a great time to me is priceless!
If you are going to Bansko for the first time a stay at one of Martin's chalets is a must and if you are returning make sure you enjoy your experience to the full with them as well!!

Absolutely beautiful chalets and run very well, Martin the owner very attentive and always happy to help with any inquiries. All ski facilities on site, very happy with our equipment and the transfer system!
