Our food is all prepared and cooked daily - we serve a 3 course dinner each night, with 1 night off for you to try local cuisine.

We have in our kitchen a experienced chef cooking all your Chalet favourite dishes.

BUFFET STYLE BREAKFAST

Hot & cold selection served buffet style (different dishes daily) such as; bacon, sausage, egg dish of the day, croque madame, crossaints / Bulgarian traditional breakfast,

Cold platters; tomatoes, cucumbers, hams and cheeses. choice of cerelas, bread, preserves and honey. We aim to make sure you have a good breakfast, ready to fuel you for the slopes

STARTERS

Our starters range from Arrancini,Mixed Bean Pate,Homemade Soups,Lush Salads,Homemade Quiche,Garlic Mushrooms, Feta cheese dip, Hummus, Falafel.

Baked bread is served daily with all the meals

MAIN COURSE

Chicken Chassuer,Beef Bourguignon,Slow Cooked Pork,Roast Roast Chicken,Lasagne,Homemade Turkey Pie ,Cottage Pie,Pork Steaks in Mushroom Sauce,

All mains are served with a vegetable and potoato dish of the day ( for example dauphinoise, roast potaoes)

We kindly ask that personal food preferences (for example, simply not liking a certain food) are not listed as dietary needs.

Because we are catering for a large numbers of people and working with limited kitchen space, it isn’t possible for us to accommodate individual preferences.

We’d also like to let you know that vegan options will be limited, as some specialist ingredients are not easily available locally compared to the UK.

Childrens menu

We know that it is not easy to please children on holiday so we can offer a childrens menu to suit your childs taste - we make great homemade Pizza and hand cut fries! We aim to make your child's holiday a memorable one too.

We know that the meals are such an important part of the holiday and providing good hearty fayre for groups can be challenging . We have an experienced team in the kitchen and hosting front of house, taking care of you.
