Our food is all prepared and cooked daily - we serve a 3 course dinner each night, with 1 night off for you to try local cuisine
We have in our kitchen 2 experienced chefs cooking all your Chalet favourite dishes . We can cater for special dietary needs such as gluten free ( for coeliacs), lactose intolerance and vegan.
Hot & cold selection served buffet style (different dishes daily) such as; bacon, sausage, mushrooms, beans, egg dish of the day, croque madame/ monsieur, frittata, crossaints/ pain au chocolat.
Cold platters; tomatoes, cucumbers, hams and cheeses. choice of cerelas, bread, preserves and honey. We aim to make sure you have a good breakfast, ready to fuel you for the slopes
Our starters range from Arrancini,Mixed Bean Pate,Homemade Soups,Lush Salads,Homemade Quiche,Garlic Mushrooms, Feta cheese dip, Hummus, Falafel.
Baked bread is served daily with all the meals
Chicken Chassuer,Beef Bourguignon,Slow Cooked Pork,Roast Roast Chicken,Lasagne,Homemade Turkey Pie ,Cottage Pie,Pork Steaks in Mushroom Sauce,
All mains are served with a vegetable and potoato dish of the day ( for example dauphinoise, roast potaoes)

Afternoon cakes are available ( if part of the package) or can be purchased. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate is always available for catered packages

We cater for all Dietary requirements including those that have a lactose intolerance , gluten free and vegan. We will always do our best to provide the best ingredients available, as they are not easily sourced, as compared to the UK.
We know that it is not easy to please children on holiday so we can offer a childrens menu to suit your childs taste - we make great homemade Pizza and hand cut fries! We aim to make your child's holiday a memorable one too.
We know that the meals are such an important part of the holiday and providing good hearty fayre for groups can be challenging . We have learnt from experience employing experienced chefs and hosts which makes a difference .We are an established team, that does not not to rely on seasonal , year by year staff.
